Slow; Update 3.0 has destroyed it dont bother buying until they fix it

Slow; Update 3.0 has destroyed it; dont bother buying until they fix it; I cant find a way to contact tech support to even let them know of the problem. This is annoying. I am switching to Google Docs although that platform is inherently horrid.
