Where are all my documents?

I have spent several years being pretty happy with this little app, but that has all changed. I opened the app to discover that every single document that I have ever written (songs, essays, MY ENTIRE MASTERS THESIS) are all gone. Disappeared.

It doesnt matter how effective a word processor is if it RANDOMLY DELETES ALL YOUR DOCUMENTS.

Of course, I cant get Apple to help without giving them my credit card number. I didnt lose these documents, APPLE LOST THESE DOCUMENTS.

I am unbelievably unimpressed.
