Unable to Reach Content in Documents

I cannot get into one of the documents Ive been working on for a few days! When I tap on the document it says its loading for about 15 minutes, but then it freezes my iPad everytime! I need to get to work on it, its a project due in three days! Please please fix this issue!!!
